Wendy V. Echevers

Wendy is part of the team of lawyers of the Corporate Department of INFANTE & PÉREZ ALMILLANO, consolidating as a leading lawyer in the area of Development of Real Estate Projects in Panama, participating in the development of the most emblematic projects of the country and in business operations of great importance.

Within the Firm, she also deals with Mergers and Acquisitions, Accidental Associations, Joint Ventures, Preparation and Review of all types of Commercial and Corporate Contracts, Private Interest Foundations and their Regulations, corporate issues, Trusts, Tax Matters to property tax, among others.

During the last years of her professional practice, Wendy has acquired extensive experience in everything related to Property and Construction Law, with special emphasis on the Drafting of Regulations and the process of incorporation into the Horizontal Property, Meeting and Segregation Regime of properties, Declaration and Demolition of Improvements.

Her practice includes advice on the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts, as well as the drafting and structuring of Property Regulations for all types of projects, from the simplest to the most complex, coming to elaborate projects from one building to another, in the same horizontal property and with diversity of components and uses (residential, commercial and hotel).
