Héctor Infante Jr. specializes in corporate and fiduciary law. He represents local and foreign companies from several industries, multinational corporations, family offices and individual investors in establishing their operations in Panama. He also advises on the creation of complex wealth planning structures in different jurisdictions.

Legal counsel is always provided in a personalized manner, both in the day-to-day activities of the firm's clients and in highly complex legal matters. Clients seek his expertise primarily for guidance on foreign investment, the drafting and negotiation of financial agreements, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as comprehensive advisory services for all types of fiduciary business.

He advises on litigation and arbitration matters of high profile, always working closely with the litigation and arbitration department. Throughout his career, he has been involved in multiple high-profile cases.

Héctor is known among his colleagues for being proactive and for finding innovative and effective solutions in complex commercial matters.

Currently, he serves as the General Manager of our trust company, Ipal Trust.
